Mannatech to Issue Payment for Approved Claims in Settlement with Texas Attorney General November, 2009 Mannatech’s claims administrator has completed its review of claims submitted in response to the settlement with the Texas Attorney General. For approved claims, the claims administrator will distribute the entire settlement fund on a pro rata basis on or before November 23, 2009. An explanation of how the refund was calculated will accompany each check. All questions concerning the calculation of refunds must be emailed to the class administrator at MannatechRefund@classadministrator.com. Note that no additional claim forms will be accepted, as the deadline for submitting the forms has passed and the claims review process is complete. |
